RETURNS & REFUNDS

At AURASOY, we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in your activewear. If your order is not quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, make-up, perfume, deodorant or other marks
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear, use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct costs of returning their order.

Aurasoy does not provide free return labels and does not reimburse return shipping costs for ordinary returns or changes of mind.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the returned parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

For valid claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
